 Sunshine is beneficial to the human body: Firstly, the UV radiation and the part of the visible light spectrum contain helpful rays. In moderation, the sun can be good; gone too far; it could harm. The sun gives so much to the human body:

It works like this: Sunlight stimulates the UVB rays from the sun on the skin to produce vitamin D. This vitamin is necessary for:

Bone health (aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus).
